Your messages stay on your device. They are never uploaded.
You are running this inside Claude with accounts connected, so your email can be read straight
from your account. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored. It is read once, into this page,
and it disappears when you close the tab.
WhatsApp and phone messages cannot be connected, by anyone. WhatsApp is end to
end encrypted and has no way to hand your history to another program. Phone messages are the
same. For those two you still need to export a file and drop it in below, and for most people
that is where the bulk of the evidence is.

How to export your messages
WhatsApp: Open the chat, tap the name, Export Chat, Without Media. Add the file here. On iPhone you get a .zip file: open it and add the _chat.txt file inside.
Gmail: Go to takeout.google.com, click Deselect all, tick Mail, and continue. Google emails you a .zip file: open it and add the .mbox file inside.
Text messages: Use an app that saves your texts as a file. Add that file here.
PDF: Works if you can highlight the words. Scanned pages or photos won't work.
